Plant Engineer – Electrical
Robindale Energy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Plant Engineer‑Electrical to support its Seward power plant in Southwest PA. The employee will provide engineering support to maintain continuous plant operations and high efficiency. This position serves as a key technical resource in solving problems related to electrical equipment, covering daily plant needs, providing project oversight, and directly supporting operations and maintenance crews as well as contractors in hands‑on troubleshooting of jobs.
The Plant Engineer‑Electrical implements solutions to continuously improve reliability and reduce maintenance cost and supports plant safety and electrical integrity through the development of procedures and predictive/preventative maintenance plans.
Requirements: A successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or engineering technology and over five years of power plant experience and a good working knowledge of generators, transformers, motors, breakers, MCCs, batteries, UPS systems, instrumentation, controls, etc.
