** site and play a critical role in ensuring product excellence through precise testing and analysis. You’ll perform a variety of laboratory procedures to verify quality standards, analyze results, and maintain compliance with physical and chemical specifications.
** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.*

*** Conduct routine and advanced quantitative and qualitative tests.
* Perform measurements, calculations, and evaluations of test results.
* Analyze experiments to confirm conformity to specifications.
* Operate standard and specialized laboratory equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of tests and analyses.
* Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
* Troubleshoot non-routine problems requiring analytical skills.
* Support continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
** Your Background
*** Vocational or technical education in Electronics Technology, or related field.
* Broad knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools from extensive experience.
* Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and standards.
* Ability to work under limited supervision and solve complex problems.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
* Experience mentoring or assisting lower-level employees.
