In this dynamic role, you will lead cross‐functional teams, coordinate across global fabrication sites, and ensure every project meets customer expectations, contractual requirements, and financial targets.

** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead project teams, define guidelines, and allocate tasks across functions.
* Provide constructive performance feedback for assigned team members.
* Develop project plans covering scope, financials, scheduling, and risk.
* Ensure project execution follows Hitachi Energy processes and best practices.
* Track progress and optimize resources to meet milestones.
* Coordinate product fabrication with internal partners and remote factories.
* Manage financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow.
* Identify and act on project risks, opportunities, and lessons learned.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
* 4+ years of experience managing engineering or high‐voltage equipment projects; GIS experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
* Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder‐management skills.
* PMP certification preferred; ability to travel up to 30%.
