We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about improving production performance and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and brings a strong focus on continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and project execution.

• Makes and packages lab/pilot scale batches following instructions and safe lab practices
• Operates related equipment involved in making products from lab to production scale
• Reviews orders including raw materials availability and plan accordingly to meet product ship date
• Carries out experiments provided by project leader or manager
• Collects and consolidates data during experiments and effectively communicates results with key stakeholders and colleagues
• Conducts raw material and equipment evaluations and make recommendations to promote product quality and process safety and efficiency
• Supports the scaling of the production process from pilot to high volume manufacturing with activities including the development of robust manufacturing instructions, validation of full‑scale batches, and training for manufacturing operators
• Conducts and manages shelf‑life study and provides update to team
• Enters process and product waivers as required
• Manages equipment calibration record
• Operates equipment and follows procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
