Interpret local SALDO, zoning, floodplain, and stormwater ordinances Design site grading, layout, roadways, and utilities in AutoCAD Civil 3D Develop sanitary sewer and water system profiles and details Prepare cost estimates and technical reports per regulatory standards Assist with stormwater and erosion control design Assemble permit applications for local, state, and federal agencies (e.g., NPDES, PennDOT) Support construction activities, including inspections, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews Produce and submit as-built record plans to regulatory authorities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
