Engineering Tech

Plaskolite Inc. seeks an MXL Engineering Tech to support manufacturing of engineered thermoplastic sheet and acrylic products. In this role, you will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot MXL production lines, assist with equipment adjustments, and ensure processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will collect and analyze production data, perform basic mechanical and electrical checks, and support root-cause investigations for downtime or defects.

The Engineering Tech will partner with engineers and operators to implement improvements, maintain documentation, and support trials for new materials, tooling, and product runs in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
