What You'll Do:

• Front Desk Superstar: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage guest accounts with a smile.
• Cash Handling Pro: Maintain accurate cash drawers, post charges, and ensure secure transactions.
• Guest Liaison: Answer inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and make reservations.
• Communication Whiz: Relay messages and assist with in-house communications.
• Sales Savvy: Sell items through our convenience shops, including seasonal tickets and more.
• Hospitality Hero: Provide a superior experience to all guests, exceeding their expectations with warm hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of related experience or training in a similar capacity.
• Skills: General computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook Email, UKG, and PEP.
• Certifications: Hilton Brand Training required upon hire; RAMP Certification preferred but will train upon hire.
• Safety First: Follow Willow Valley's safety policies and procedures, promoting safety and identifying areas for improvement.

Physical Demands/Environment:

• You should be able to perform a range of tasks, from administrative duties to occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy a bustling environment where every day is just a little different.
