Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Finance

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a hands-on, onsite leadership role responsible for general accounting, payroll, and accounts payable, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Direct hire opportunity

• Onsite role

• Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 base + bonus

Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience within a manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills

Controller Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting, payroll, and accounts payable functions

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, government regulations, and internal controls

• Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships, including covenant reporting

• Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis

• Manage capital spending, fixed assets, and internal controls
