** Client Service Associate / Client Service Manager**! In this critical role, you will drive a culture of exceptional service within our team, providing outstanding support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors. You will play a key part in building long-term relationships, delivering operational excellence, and supporting both individual and team growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment. ** Primary Job Functions
** Reception and Office Support
* Greet clients and ensure the office environment is clean and welcoming
* Schedule meetings with product vendors and sponsors
* Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight deliveries
* Order office marketing materials and coordinate printer supplies and maintenance with vendors and Technology New Client Onboarding
* Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork and set up
* Follow up on funds transfers from surrendering companies
* Maintain CRM database and client files, including filing, copies, and data input
* Research and resolve any issues with Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, or vendors
* Record incoming assets using the appropriate blotting tool Client Relationship Management
* Engage with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs
* Prepare account transactions including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and required minimum distributions
* Communicate directly with clients to resolve requests or coordinate with advisors as appropriate, including handling death claim processing
* Liaise with clients’ tax or legal counsel as needed
Client Review Preparation and Follow Up
* Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
* Conduct tax research (e.g., 1099s)
* Complete client review follow-up actions
Industry, Product, and Company Knowledge
* Demonstrate knowledge and accurate execution of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model
* Possess a strong understanding of financial terminology and products, including annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices
* Attend Client Service and company educational events and vendor presentations
Team and Corporate Support
* Mentor and train Client Service Associates as needed
* Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes
* Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes
* Communicate process and sales updates to the team
* Participate in WEG-offered sessions, such as Micro Monday, ATO Answers, Client Service Community, and Round Table LIVE
* Manage vendors to established Service Level Agreements
* All other duties as assigned.
