Air Products invites you to work with a team that values collaboration and innovation. We need a Loan Services Processor 1 to manage our APCI Federal Credit Union (FCU) back‑office loan processing functions. The role involves reviewing loan applications, processing loan checks and documents, tracking vehicle liens and titles, and handling paid loans in compliance with the FCU, NCUA, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of APCI FCU consumer, credit card, and real‑estate loan products and communicate this knowledge clearly to members.
• Represent APCI FCU in a friendly, professional manner that supports the FCU’s mission and reputation.
• Review loan requests or applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before assigning to a loan officer.
• Record and satisfy mortgage documents, ensuring timely removal of the FCU lien after loan payoff.
• Prepare loan packets for borrower signature, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Build and present recommendations that add value for members while supporting the FCU’s goals and mission.
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned by senior FCU leadership.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
• Three (3) years of loan services or financial institution experience is preferred.
• Credit union experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service while ensuring member confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; intermediate proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and be part of the Loan Services Team.
• Symitar and/or Meridian Link experience is preferred.
