Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in GTN reserve analysis, ensuring reserves are accurately stated, risks are identified and mitigated, and GTN rates are appropriately captured.
  • Manage GTN budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with business partners, reviewing/updating brand account models, and providing variance analysis and commentary vs. Budget/Forecast and prior year.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights for GTN programs, payer mix, product launches, and contract structures.
  • Present monthly Gross-to-Net brand performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies, new market access programs, copay offers, and payer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C) teams to align sales/collections/rebate forecasts with cash flow projections.
  • Work across multiple SAP instances; leverage reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics—TM1, BOARD, PLAI).
  • Deploy and integrate new tools to drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation for GTN modernization.
  • Harmonize ways of working across Business Units.
About You (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years (preferred 7+) in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a multinational/matrixed organization.
  • Pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting experience highly valued.

  • Ability to influence/collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; TM1, SAP, or other financial systems preferred.
  • Business acumen; connects financial outcomes to commercial/strategic drivers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; leads process improvement initiatives.
