Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day)
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

- Assess patients’ physical function and set measurable rehabilitation goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Document patient progress thoroughly and communicate updates with the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and rehab staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and fall prevention
- Supervise and mentor support staff and therapy assistants as needed
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, or eligible to obtain state licensure
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable with outpatient/contract therapy settings and a 13-week assignment
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; completion of an accredited PT program required
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training
- Proficient in patient assessment, outcome measurement, and goal setting
- Familiar with documentation standards and electronic medical records
- Ability to prioritize caseloads and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient/family education and team collaboration
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week for predictable income and steady patient care
