Autism - Community​/Direct Support Professional - Float

Keystone Human Services -  - Responsibilities:
Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles;
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness;
Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed;
Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed;
Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
