Lutheran Senior Life in Mars, PA is seeking a Nurse Aide Trainee (NAT) with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. You will begin work as a Caregiver for at least 3 months, then train toward state certification as a CNA. The training includes five weeks of paid classroom and clinical work, with shifts Monday–Thursday 6:45 a.m.
– 3:15 p.m., and Friday site visits as needed. Upon completion, you transition to a full- or part-time CNA role.
