Penn Medicine - - Responsibilities:
Assist with the delivery of direct, non-licensed patient care under supervision;
Environment Management: perform cleaning tasks, maintain equipment inventory, follow OSHA standards;
Supply Management/Clerical: order and stock supplies, distribute supplies as needed, manage costs;
Patient Care/Safety: assist with activities of daily living, mobility, positioning, and 1:1 observation when required; document and report patient information;
Respond to patient call lights promptly and communicate with RNs/Nurse Manager; participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges
