You will work under the supervision of an RDN Regional Manager to provide customized diet plans and education aligned with evolving treatment and lab results. Responsibilities include patient nutrition assessment, collaboration with physicians and care teams, documentation, and participation in QAPI activities to improve patient outcomes.
