Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.;
Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests; maintain rentals and common areas to established standards.;
Manage cleaning supply inventory and request refills; report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.;
Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed; support resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.;
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally; address guest conflicts with a positive attitude; may drive a motorized vehicle to run errands.
