Position: Modern Work Specialist
A permanent Modern Work Specialist role available up to 90k plus benefits is available on a hybrid basis in Lancaster! Key Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of proven experience delivering project-based solutions or consulting within a technology services setting
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot
• Capable of translating client needs into effective technical solutions, with excellent communication skills
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or a clear commitment to obtaining them within a specified timeframe

Main Duties:

• Collaborate with project teams during planning, scoping, and estimation phases
• Engage directly with clients to evaluate their current cloud environment and identify modernization opportunities
• Configure, deploy, and migrate Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring best practices are followed
• Recommend and implement data management strategies, security measures, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365
• Design and develop workflow automations and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Support the responsible adoption of AI features, including Microsoft Copilot
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful user adoption
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and identify areas for ongoing improvement
• Keep skills current through continuous education and training
