Managed Systems Specialist

We're seeking a Managed Systems Specialist on a permanent, hybrid basis up to 90k, who thrives in a proactive, detail-oriented environment. The ideal qualified candidate holds an associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managed service provider setting. You should be proficient in RMM tools, patch management, and endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Intune. Strong scripting skills, especially in Power Shell, and a passion for continuous improvement will set you apart.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting key system platforms, including remote monitoring and endpoint solutions
• Developing automation scripts and workflows to standardize processes and boost efficiency
• Overseeing Windows and third-party patching efforts, troubleshooting deployment issues
• Supporting vulnerability resolution initiatives and system security measures
• Monitoring and maintaining integrations across multiple tools like RMM, PSA, and endpoint security
• Designing onboarding processes and deploying device management solutions
• Handling DNS, SSL, and other infrastructure tasks to ensure system security and compliance
• Analyzing recurring issues and implementing long-term corrective solutions
• Documenting procedures and standard practices to promote system consistency
• Collaborating with security teams to support compliance efforts
• Escalating critical issues, providing updates, and recommending improvements to leadership
• Keeping current with new technologies and industry best practices
