Job Description

L2 Support Analyst - Onsite Opportunity, 6 Month Contract to Hire (Marcus Hook, PA, from $30.31-$36.87/hr W2) - Utilities Oil & Gas Company

* e:3-5+ years in technical end user, application, or desktop suppo
* rt Ability to work L1 & L2 tickets / shoulder taps, even up to the network, infrastructure, or app support level, along with imaging, troubleshooting, hardware/software, mobile, et
* c.Comfortable working in a regulated onsite (manufacturing), environment & service blue-collar end users with diverse technical sco
* pe Ability to deal with ambiguity and independently manage projects while juggling one-off requests, independence and reliability are huge!!!

This is a contract to hire role, 6 months for the contract period from $30.31 - $36.87/hr W2 with an equivalent offer of fulltime conversion ($70-80k range + bonus, equity, fulltime benefits). Health/Vision/Dental and 401k benefits available during the contract period.

Fully onsite, 5x a week in office 8a-4p EST with limited on-call needs. Marcus Hook, PA office location!
