About the Role

As an IT Support Associate II, you will support the operations team by resolving technical issues within Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographic region. You will work across multiple technical disciplines and will have opportunities for career development.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
  • Assist in training new hires.
  • Continuously learn new technologies.
  • Support customers from multiple buildings and remote users.
  • Lift up to 49 lbs and be standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
  • Travel locally or regionally to support customers.
  • Maintain flexibility with shift rotation between days and nights.
A Day in the Life
  • Restore critical scanners under tight time constraints.
  • Set up new laptops for incoming associates.
  • Resolve network connectivity challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement technology improvements.
  • Act as the go‑to tech expert for operations teams.

Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Experience in a dynamic environment with high customer service demands.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
  • 1+ year of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux Redhat, Microsoft hardware, AWS, or similar).
Compensation and Location

USA, PA, New Stanton – $23.00–$37.00 USD hourly. Starting pay varies with experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits include EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, and 401(k) matching.
