To achieve this goal, Ronco is seeking an experienced, self‑motivated Applications and Integrations Specialist to be based in any of our offices. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications and system integrations.
Accountabilities Include- Troubleshoot application issues, provide technical support, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions.
- Ensure proper integration of applications with existing infrastructure and databases.
- Provide technical support during and after implementation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end‑users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
- Monitor post‑implementation performance and make necessary adjustments for efficiency.
- Assist in providing sales support for the technical implementation of products, particularly regarding servers and integrations with other systems.
- Document the implementation:
Server ‘as‑build’ documentation and network riser diagrams. - Participate in software evaluations, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in the support and training of Ronco installation and service technicians.
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in application support, system administration, or IT integrations.
- Basic understanding of how Active Directory, Federated Services, Load Balancing, High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Certificate Authority operate.
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ preferred.
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Fundamentals (or relevant cloud certifications) preferred. - Experience with APIs, web services, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, best practices, and procedures within the Information Technology discipline (ITIL).
- Understanding of IT security, data governance, and compliance standards.
- Strong Network/Server documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio preferred.
- Ability to manage IT support escalations and create an action plan, including external support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud‑based applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Power Shell, JavaScript, Python).
- Professional self‑starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
- Computer skills to include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Basic math computation skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures.
- Effective use of Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $76,000.00 to $.
