Lead Engineer – Operational Technology, Network Security

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving security controls that protect operational technology environments, industrial networks, distribution center systems, and connected devices
• Managing service-level agreements and control performance expectations
• Communicating OT security risks, evaluating business impact, and providing technical guidance
• Ensuring OT servers, network devices, and security devices conform to enterprise security standards
• Reviewing technical and functional design documents and providing security architecture guidance
• Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Responding to security alerts involving OT or network environments
• Supporting audits, assessments, and compliance activities related to OT security

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
• 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in information security
• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
• GIAC Response & Industrial Defense (GRID)
• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate or related ISA/62443 certifications
• Certification in Information Security Strategy Management (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• CompTIA Security + Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Designations (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
