- Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustained growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with our carrier partners to provide competitive solutions.
- Mentor and coach producers, helping them hone their craft and reach their personal production goals.
- Analyze sales trends and regional market conditions to refine our agency strategy and outreach efforts.
- Uphold our reputation for excellence by ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to high standards.
- Take ownership of agency financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
- Substantial experience in insurance distribution, agency management, or a senior leadership capacity.
