We’re seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday (occasional weekend/on-call rotation as needed)

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the facility (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

• Ensure resident rooms, common areas, and building systems are safe, clean, and functioning properly

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently

• Assist with snow removal, groundskeeping, and basic custodial duties as needed

• Support safety, fire, and equipment inspections, maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and other departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

• Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare or similar facility preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required
