Transportation Group Manager – Pennsylvania
A growing transportation engineering practice is seeking a Transportation Group Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering roadway, highway, and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Pennsylvania. This role combines technical leadership, staff development, project oversight, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a transportation engineering group
- Oversee project delivery, quality, budgets, and resource planning
- Mentor engineers and support professional development
- Develop client relationships and support business development efforts
- Coordinate with PennDOT, municipalities, and regional transportation agencies
- Assist with strategic planning and team growth
- Strong leadership experience within transportation consulting
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Proven client management and project delivery experience
- Strong understanding of PennDOT standards and transportation infrastructure
- PE license
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Leadership role with significant growth potential
