What we need: Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated professional who thrives in structured environments, values process and accuracy, and takes pride in delivering predictable, high-quality results. The Project Manager must be able to work independently while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team, ensuring project success through clear documentation, risk management, and disciplined follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate submittals (product data, shop drawings, engineering) with sales, vendors, and customers.
- Conduct site visits for field measurements and on-site coordination.
- Oversee submittal approvals before material release and manage material purchasing and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate internal teams and external labor partners for turnkey projects.
- Track project timelines, material lead times, and manpower availability to optimize scheduling.
- Manage change orders between field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of punchlist items and completion of project closeout documentation.
- Quality Control on installations and deliverables to customers.
- Support invoicing efforts to ensure prompt billing upon project milestones or completion.
- Coordinate change orders with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist sales staff with estimating and project scoping during the pre-sale phase.
- Ensure projects are invoiced at the appropriate time.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols across all active job sites.
- Local travel to job sites: 20-30%
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a General Contractor.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Blue Beam Revu or Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Plan Grid, Primavera P6).
- Technical Competence: Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; solid understanding of construction project workflows.
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is required

- Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy and thoroughness across all tasks and documentation.
