DescriptionTeam Lead positively leads and motivates a team of associates in daily work duties. The Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing a team of associates in a positive manner. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, providing mentorship, ensuring team productivity, and driving the success of projects.
Specialty Packaging Team Lead will oversee the operation and efficiency of the Specialty Packing department, including ensuring kits, collations and projects are produced according to client specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Works with the Client Services Department to reduce customer nonconformance.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher education preferred.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience leading a team or group of people required.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience leading a Team on a Production Line, or warehouse management role.
Forklift or warehouse equipment certification preferred.
Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment a plus.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate and follow instructions related to Safety Quality and Performance. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar…
