What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in senior operations leadership
• Strong grasp of ERP/WMS systems, KPIs, and analytics
• FDA import/export knowledge (cosmetics industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of streamlining operations and boosting efficiency
• Bilingual in Japanese is a plus
