Practice Consultant Liaison; Pennsylvania resident

• Develops and delivers orientation and educational programs to support revenue optimization and charging compliance among clinicians.
• Establish and manage effective ongoing communication with assigned Institute(s) to identify and address business needs; providers guidance and timely responses to customer service questions and requires; leads regular meetings with institutes and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage Institute(s) expectations regarding financial and overall Revenue Cycle performance.
• Works collaboratively with practices and leaders to enhance workflows and procedures by identifying training and development needs for all processes within the Revenue Cycle.
• Completes analysis of issues for action, presents this information and implements or supervises action plans.
• Proactively identifies sources of issues and communicates these to appropriate parties.
• Provides Institute(s) with updates on new initiatives within Revenue Management designed to enhance performance.
