Maintenance Technicians - Warminster Plant - Warminster, PA

bp is seeking Maintenance Technicians for their Warminster plant. These professionals will be responsible for maintaining production machinery associated with blending and packaging lubricants. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain plant equipment such as blending and packaging equipment, valves, pumps, conveyors, hot oil and steam systems
• Capability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing
• Experience with work orders, preventative and corrective maintenance
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to assess projects and develop bill of materials
• Assist in maintaining inventory of replacement parts and shop materials
• Perform skilled work in fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting, and pipe fitting
• Participate in Control of Work (CoW) risk assessments and permits
• Execute energy isolations per requirements
• Follow all applicable BP standards and safety policies
• May require pre-placement drug screening, medical review, and background checks

• Willingness to train on various shifts
• Experience operating motorized equipment (Fork truck, High Reach)
• Basic understanding of computer programs (e-mail, data entry, document review)
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Ultimo or SAP
