and Responsibilities
- Q.C. Projects—sorting, cleaning, stripping
- Repair and Sort Pallets - must be able to flip pallets with or without assistance
- Hand load containers
- Cleaning project as assigned to maintain BRC compliance.
- Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers.
- Set the next shift up for success.
- Effective cross‑departmental communication.
- All other jobs assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout shift. Area should be clean and fully stocked or prepared for the following shift.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision.
- Flexible—able to change focus.
- Good time management.
- Willing to help others.
- Ability to learn and adapt to various positions.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
- Must be able to drive Forklift.
- Must have full peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Basic math (Example, how many pallets needed to complete an order).
Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.

Salaryup to $20.64 per hour
Earn Bonus Incentives- Differential for 2nd shift:
-$1.00 per hour - Attendance Bonus:
-$0.50 per hour - Learning the different routes of the forklift earn up to an additional $0.35 per hour.
- Hours:
2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - This position typically follows the hours of the shift scheduled to work; however, working days may vary based on season.
- Typically, Monday through Friday. Very often Saturday. 12 hours Shifts may be required during busy times.
- Saturdays can be made mandatory based on labeling, shipping or other operational needs. Expect Saturday work Sept-Dec.

Specific Training will be 1st shift 7am-3pm for up to 17 days.
