Title: Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate

Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour

Location: 1300 Clifford Ball Dr, Clinton, PA 15026

Hours: B Shift (Day Shift) - 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM

Rotating 2-2-3

Schedule:

(Work 2 Days, Off 2 Days, Work 3 Days, then the rotation reverses the following week)

Join a medical device manufacturing team producing high-quality products in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating production equipment, packaging products, completing documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes
• Load materials into production equipment and maintain supply levels
• Package finished products according to work instructions
• Assemble components and products as required
• Complete production records and required documentation
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and elevate concerns when needed
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow PPE requirements
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to wear gown, mask, gloves, and other PPE
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
