Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Install, repair, rebuild, adjust and maintain machinery and equipment used in production, which may also involve the dismantling, inspection, machining or replacement of purchased parts as assigned.

* Assist in the creation of lubrication based tasks, and routes, will be the site "Lubrication champion".

* Lead in the creation of a site lube map.

* Assist with the implementation of Predictive & Preventative based PM's, and inspection routes.

* Lead and manage improvement based projects and initiatives as assigned.

* This position can expand into other predictive technologies, such as thermography, or vibration/shock pulse.

* Industrial baking and mult-zone oven experience a plus.

* Bagger/Scale maintenance experience.

* Demonstrated skills using Microsoft office software.

* SAP usage and experience related to maintenance task & PM creation.

* Reliability improvement skills, participate in PDCA, and PIT team events as needed and support TMOS activities.

* Annual training as required.

* Participation in plant shutdowns and outages.
