Production Supervisor

This is a hands-on supervisory position. The Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in manufacturing processes, such as assembling, welding, and applying knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products.
Monday
- Friday Day Shift
9/80 schedule- every other Friday scheduled off!
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of an assigned production team to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of production employees
Complete timekeeping approvals and conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policy
Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction through oversight of fabrication, testing, inspections, and material control
Maintain accurate production documentation, including manufacturing travelers and inspection records
Monitor incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products for quality and compliance
Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow
Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and work procedures
Foster a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and accountability
Associate degree from a technical or two-year college, or equivalent combination of education, training, and 2–5 years of related production experience
Strong technical and fabrication skills preferred
Prior supervisory, lead, or employee training experience highly desirable
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and influence others
Comfortable using standard computer applications and production systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Authorized to work in the U.S.; must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual in compliance with ITAR requirements
