Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Unload beans, cut pork, dump beans, fill in any position on pouch line, operator blender as assigned.
  • Learn additional production jobs and fill in as needed.
  • Scan all raw material using Assistics software.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Follow all GMP’s associated with this position.
  • Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by communicating and helping co‑workers.
  • Complete required annual training and challenge testing.
  • Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Abilities
  • Adaptable.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, line techs, lab techs, and other operators.
  • Read all MMFs, SOPs, and other work instructions.
  • Complete daily documentation accurately.
  • Retain job knowledge and skills when not operating equipment daily.

Position Requirements

Ability to operate a forklift and pass a company certification test for forklift operation.

Job Type

Full‑time

Work Schedule

Second shift (night shift) 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Third shift (overnight shift) 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Shift hours may vary; typically Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday; 12‑hour shifts may be required during busy periods. (Specific training will be 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM for up to 17 days.)

Salary and Incentives

Base salary up to $24.37 per hour. Shift differentials: $1.00 per hour for second/third shift. Attendance bonus: $0.50 per hour. 1st pass quality bonus: $0.50 per hour. Additional job‑skill incentives may reach $3.58 per hour.
