Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) - 2nd Shift Overview

Skjodt-Barrett is a world‑class manufacturer of food solutions and custom ingredients for North America's most beloved and trusted brands. The role is on‑site in our state‑of‑the‑art plant in Lebanon, Indiana.

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. No mandatory overtime.

• Operate, set up, monitor and run high‑speed packaging and automated packaging machinery.
• Set up and operate inkjet, laserjet, and Print & Apply printers.
• Maintain accurate production records and support a clean, efficient manufacturing environment.
• Assist in deviation investigations by participating in equipment inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, documentation, and root‑cause analysis with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure product quality and program compliance.

• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with quality data systems.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive continuous‑improvement mindset and ownership of daily operations.
