As a Production Operator, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a second-shift (evening) position.

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
• Provide practical, concrete solutions
• Exhibit collaborative leadership
• Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Speak French or Spanish (an asset)

Starting wage of $20.21 , increasing up to $24.89 depending on experience
