What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist / Programmer
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision agricultural components.
- Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Produce first-run and short-run parts that meet exact specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Optimize machining processes to improve quality and production efficiency.
- Work with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Our Ideal CNC Machinist / Programmer
- Experienced:
At least one year of experience programming and operating CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. - Mechanically Inclined:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision measuring instruments and troubleshoot machining challenges to produce accurate, high-quality parts. - Dependable:
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently while consistently delivering quality workmanship with minimal supervision. - Problem Solver:
Enjoys improving machining processes, optimizing production efficiency, and finding practical solutions to manufacturing challenges. - Team-Oriented:
Takes pride in producing quality work, values integrity and continuous improvement, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, family-oriented manufacturing team.
What We Offer Our CNC Machinist / Programmer
- Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year, DOE
- Paid Time Off
- Paid Holidays
