Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators (Levels I, II & III)
Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 1st and 2nd Shifts | $21-$26/ hr DOE
Allegiance Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturing company in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking candidates with entry-level through advanced CNC machining experience. Whether you have 6 months of experience or are a seasoned operator, we have opportunities to match your skill level.
Duties:- Operate CNC lathes and CNC secondary machining equipment
- Perform machine setups, changeovers, and tool adjustments based on experience level
- Produce precision-machined components while meeting production and quality standards
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and improving manufacturing processes
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Level I
- 6–12 months of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
Level II
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Able to perform setups and machine adjustments with minimal supervision
Level III
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Advanced setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills
- Experience mentoring or training other operators is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Multiple experience levels welcome
