What You'll Do- Bend and shape aluminum heat pipes using specialized fixtures and bend dies for aerospace and military applications.
- Read and interpret blueprints through the company computer system to ensure accurate assembly and production.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and digital protractors to verify precise dimensions and bend angles.
- Perform fabrication, assembly, inspection, and quality checks on aerospace components.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and quality standards.
- Previous pipe bending, fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
- Strong measuring skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Stable work history and good communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Immediate Interviews
1st Shift Schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM)
Every Other Friday Off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
