Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components to AWS D17.1 standards;
Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, fluid transfer, and sealing operations on aerospace pressure vessels;
Partner closely with Engineering to support the design, fabrication, testing, and implementation of manufacturing tooling and processes;
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM equipment;
Complete detailed manufacturing documentation to ensure quality, traceability, and compliance requirements are met
