Our client is a rapidly growing snack food manufacturer looking for a Production Manager to lead their third-shift operation (Sunday–Thursday | 11 PM–7 AM).
This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, developing people, and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.

- Lead a team of 3–4 supervisors and 90–100 hourly employees

. The goal is to standardize and stabilize the third shift while maintaining high standards for production, food safety, sanitation, GMPs, and quality.
