TIG Welder / Fabricator – 1st Shift

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

We are hiring an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a metal fabrication and manufacturing team in Dover, PA.

This is a hands-on welding position focused on producing clean, accurate, high-quality welds on fabricated metal parts and components. The ideal candidate has solid TIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in precision fabrication work.

• Perform TIG welding on fabricated metal parts and components
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment for assigned production work
• Fit, position, and weld components according to job requirements
• Read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, work orders, and production instructions
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy
• Identify weld defects, fit-up issues, or other quality concerns
• Prepare parts and materials for welding and fabrication
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as needed
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and an organized work area
• Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
• Work independently and as part of the fabrication and production team

• Previous hands-on TIG welding experience
• Experience working in welding, metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related production environment
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Basic understanding of metal fabrication and weld fit-up Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on metal fabrication environment, following drawings and production instructions, checking completed welds for quality, and working efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Pay ranges from $22.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience, with a first-shift schedule of 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.
