** SUMMARY OF POSITION:*
* Ensure clinical care delivery and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Lead staff involved in providing clinical patient care. Assists in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area and serves as a role model for professional nursing practice.

** MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):*
* + Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

+ AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion

+ ACLS required prior to orientation completion

+ PALS required prior to orientation completion

** PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):*
* + Experience as a SANE preferred
