Compensation
Newly Increased Wages
* $53/hour - Weekend Only Program
* Plus sign-on bonus of $6,000 (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
* Oversee skilled care unit operations and ensure high-quality resident care during assigned shifts
* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
* Ensure unit compliance with facility policies, procedures, and protocols
* Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels
* Identify staff training needs and partner with the Supportive Living Educator to deliver education programs
* Serve as a trusted resource for residents and their families regarding nursing-related concerns
Qualifications
* Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) license required
* Long-term care experience preferred
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
Available Schedules
Weekend Only Program:
* 11:00am-11:30pm, every Saturday & Sunday
* Every other holiday required
