We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates and experienced nurses alike to work in a supportive, resident-centered long-term care environment.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, residents, and families

• Promote resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player
