RN Registered Nurse Baylor Weekends RN Night Shift

Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at Vibra Life, a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The position is for RN Weekend Baylor Program – Weekends only, Full Time, Night Shift, 12‑hour shifts.

• Comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine required nursing services.
• Integrate the needs of adult and geriatric residents in delivery of nursing care.
• Provide direct care and delegate/supervise all nursing care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
• Manage and provide direct care for assigned residents.
• Manage resident activities, monitor quality of care during assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison to keep Program Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor aware of major occurrences and needs of the program.

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.

• One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience (preferred).
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
