What You'll Do

* Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift in skilled care.

* Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.

* Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.

* Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates Care Plan as needed

* Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol

* Collects samples such as urine, blood and sputum from residents for testing and performs routine laboratory tests on samples.

* Assists Residents at meal times and monitors dining room process.

* Records food and fluid intake and output.

* Assists in Resident care, including bathing, toileting, and other ADL's.

* Responds to Resident call bells in a timely manner.

* What We're Looking For

* Active PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required

Schedule & Location

* Hours:

8-40 hours per week

* Shifts:

Day, evening, and night shifts available

* Includes every other weekend and holiday

* PRN opportunities available

* Location:

WVC campuses in Lancaster and Willow Street, PA
