Geisinger is seeking a part-time Nurse Home Visitor to provide in-person home visits in Northumberland County. You will act as a case manager and implement Nurse Family Partnership protocols for families enrolled in the program.
The role involves 20 hours weekly (8:00–16:30) with occasional evenings. RN OB or Pediatric experience is strongly preferred, BSN preferred, and prior home visiting or public health experience is helpful.
